Testimonials

'This work is leading edge, dynamic and powerful. If any woman is drawn to work consciously on her own evolutionary path, this work will expedite the experience. It calls one to look deeply, and with great care, into the realm of possibility for oneself, to bring forth the essence and beauty that is inherently there and live out of that truth.'

The Call of Change

by Christie Wilson (certified BodyWay Coach)

The only constant in this journey of life is change. It is how we grow and move through life. Each day is filled with moments of possibility to change, but they are often overlooked as they are not packaged they way we want to see them or feel them. Let’s face it. Change can feel scary, out of control, and flat out impossible at times. We want it, but don’t want it. This love/hate relationship can keep us in resistance and on the perpetual hamster wheel, going nowhere. But the well kept secret is that change only feels that way to our ego. The truth of who we are, our divine spirit thrives in this connection with change as it is our very nature. It is limitless and is connected to possibility and love. Whoa…but it doesn’t feel that way! It can be painful, fast moving, and confusing.

So how do we navigate these times of change as they are presented in our everyday experience? I have found that we have 2 choices. One is to view them from the mind through the eyes of the ego. From this view they are most often unwelcome and we resist. This resistance creates the pain and struggle. This is the way that is most reinforced in our culture. This is the way that is taught. Control and more control. This is the best way to handle change. But there is a second way to view change. This is the view from your spirit, through the eyes of your heart. Through the eyes of the heart all change is viewed as a possibility for growth. Even the so called ‘bad things’ or unpleasant experiences. The Bodyway Program teaches you how to connect with your divine spirit, your essence, the truth of who you are. Life lived in connection with your essence and viewed through the eyes of your heart becomes an adventure leading to freedom, peace and joy! You still have change as it inevitable, but without the resistance and struggle. This way may seem foreign or impossible right now, but know that is the voice of your ego as it is afraid you will see the truth and lose control! Don’t believe it; just notice what it is saying to you. It is not your truth. Your truth lives in your heart. It doesn’t say scary, negative things to you. It is love. You are love. That is the truth.

In what area of your life are you feeling the call to change? What are you struggling with at this time? What is causing you pain and difficulty? This call to change is an invitation into a deeper relationship with your spirit, your truth. Are you listening? Wayne Dyer sums it up best, “If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change. “ Viewing life through the eyes of your spirit changes everything. Change is knocking on your door, how do you choose to view it?
