SO MUCH has happened: a rebirth of my BEING, AS WELL AS MY WORK AND ALL OF THIS CAN HAVE A HUGE IMPACT ON YOU, as well. So here it is in a nutshell.

I went traveling because I was burnt out! I knew that the work I have been doing was important work, but something about it felt old, stale and no longer completely in alignment with how I have been growing (can you relate?). During that time I had no idea what I was going to do when I came home, but something was seeding and something was growing inside of me. It was when I was in Dublin that I realized I had birthed a whole new passion for my work and that it was now centering around helping women (like you) STEP UP, be VISIBLE, allow themselves to be seen and heard—all of their parts, the BROKEN parts as well as the GREAT parts. I had been feeling this myself, a new calling to allow my greatness to be seen, AND with it my VULNERABILITY and my woundedness.

So when I got home in January I started furiously working on this new vision. It’s all about how I can help you more, help you make peace with your food and your body and your life in an even more effective way. How I can have more of a healing impact on you! Because that’s my greatest desire. . . to help you unleash your power and your beauty and your uniqueness. You see, since I’ve been allowing my unique genius to come forward, I can’t help but be more and more excited to help your unique genius come forward! Why? Because it is so much fun to live free to be me and I want you to be able to do the same.
